This gluteus machine has a comfortable working position that allows the trainer to exercise without being in a “shy” position that is otherwise common for this kind of gluteus machines.

The gluteus muscle is used in this machine on one side at a time, which gives a very smooth training result as the possibly dominant side cannot take over.
