This gym machine works effectively on the entire chest muscle. This is because the movement is strongly angled, which disconnects much of the work of the triceps muscles. Angular movement also becomes the longest possible for the chest muscles. You can change the effect between the lower and upper part of the chest muscle by changing the seat height and the height of the elbows.
